Services
Hello977 agrees to provide the Service to the Customer and the Customer agrees to use the Service on the terms set out in this Agreement. For technical, operational and other reasons, hello977 shall be entitled to vary the Service. All accepted Orders for Services entered into after the effective date hereof are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, the terms of such Orders, and special terms and conditions attached to such Orders and incorporated by reference in this Agreement.
Fees and charges applicable to your service will commence from the date of connection, Rates vary and are subject to change
Access to the Website and services may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the Company's control.
Payment
You must give us a valid credit card number (Visa, MasterCard, or any other issuer then accepted by hello977) when the Service is activated. Hello977 reserves the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more issuers. If the card expires, you close your account, your billing address changes, or the card is cancelled and replaced owing to loss or theft, you must advise hello977 at once.
We will issue a credit or a refund if you are charged for a call that was never completed (there was no answer). Upon verification, we will credit your account the amount charged
Registration
You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information in all fields indicated as mandatory when registering for the hello977 Services, as well as any additional information provided or any amendments made by you. As part of signing up on the Site you will choose a PIN code (“PIN”) required for access to and use of the hello977 Services.
